Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By creating a PaySeed account or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. PaySeed provides payment collection, settlement, and payout services for businesses in Ghana and Nigeria.

2. Transaction fees

• Example: on a ₦10,000 payment, PaySeed fee is ₦500 and you receive ₦9,500.
• Fees apply only to successful transactions — failed or expired payments are not charged.
• No payout withdrawal fee in the current fee schedule — you may withdraw your available balance without an additional PaySeed charge.
• No monthly platform subscription or setup fee.
• PaySeed may update fees with reasonable notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

3. Payouts & settlements

Payouts are processed within 48 working hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after admin approval. A settlement hold may apply before funds become available for withdrawal. Minimum payout amounts apply per currency.

4. Merchant responsibilities

You must provide accurate business information, complete KYC before live mode, and comply with applicable laws in Ghana and Nigeria. You are responsible for your customers and the goods or services you sell.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use PaySeed for fraud, money laundering, sanctioned activities, or any illegal purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
